Duly instructed by the Joint Liquidators, TENDERS ARE INVITED FOR THE PURCHASE OF MANHATTAN HOUSE The property comprises Units 1–8 of SS Manhattan Grove, Scheme No. 547/2007, measuring respectively 264 m², 325 m², 292 m², 251 m², 446 m², 321 m², 712 m² and 144 m². Improvements include: -Ground-floor retail premises and a church. -First-floor office accommodation with kitchens and ablution facilities. -Two residential units on the second floor, comprising four en-suite bedrooms and two en-suite bedrooms respectively. -A swimming pool and 39 parking bays. Tenders must be submitted on the prescribed Offer to Purchase and accompanied by proof of payment of a deposit of 10% of the purchase price, together with purchaser’s commission of 6% of the purchase price plus VAT thereon, into the designated Park Village Auctions trust account. The deposit and commission payment will be fully refundable should the tender not be accepted by the Joint Liquidators.
