Duly instructed by the Curator Bonis, acting on behalf of the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) in the matter of NDPP vs Govindraju SJ and Others, Park Village Auctions has been instructed, by way of an Invitation to Submit Offers, to invite offers for this industrial property.
The property is improved with two double-volume warehouse buildings of face-brick construction, fitted with timber-framed glazing and extended with IBR wall cladding beneath pitched IBR roof structures.
