In compliance with our vendors' requirements, all relevant FICA documentation must be provided before auction registration. The required documents differ for private buyers and companies, and we will request the appropriate documentation during the registration process.
A registration deposit is required for each auction, with the amount varying per auction and displayed in the auction advert. For registration deposits of R10,000.00 or less, payment is made online via our Netcash payment gateway. Once payment is successfully processed, you will be registered to participate in the auction.
New buyers looking to purchase a vehicle at auction are limited to 1 vehicle per deposit. For example, a deposit of R7,000.00 allows you to buy 1 car, while a deposit of R14,000.00 permits the purchase of 2 cars.
If no purchases were made after the auction concludes, your registration deposit will be refunded.
Once the auction is complete, your account will display the items you've won and the total amount due.
Payments are made via manual EFT, and a proof of payment (POP) must be uploaded prior to collecting any purchased items.
No payments will be processed onsite. Please ensure all payments are completed before collecting your lots.
